How to complete and submit a WGS and/or QS Minor application virtually:
For students interested in joining the WGS and/or QS minors (new applications):
- For the WGS minor application, please submit a power form here.
- For the QS minor application, please submit a power form here.
For current WGS and/or QS Minors who need to submit a request for a coursework substitution, please confer with the WGS Department Chair, Dr. Elizabeth Adan (eadan@calpoly.edu), to confirm approval of coursework substitutions; please also copy the WGS Department (wgqs@calpoly.edu) on these communications.
